This month, we encourage you to aim for 3 Connection Moments weekly - - phone call, video chat, coffee date, handwritten note, text, card, or even a kind comment online. Each week has a theme to help guide your activities along with suggestions for having unique Connection Moments throughout the month.
The Aging Greatly Vibrant Life Challenge for August checklist offers suggestions for each week for ways that you can make these Connection Moments fun, easy, and fulfilling. Take this time to create a solid foundation and find some new strategies for building your social health muscles.
